I am sure this has been discussed many times before as I know so many of you have similar situations, but here is my story....
I grew up loving Disney. My family took me several times during my childhood, I loved all of the Disney movies and when I got older, I traveled to the World with my sister and best friend and really solidified my passion for this magical place. DBF and I started dating almost 6 years ago now. He is one of four boys and grew up playing sports and having no interest in going to Disney. Now you see where this is going...
Last year, for my graduation, we took a land and sea trip together. It was wonderful. I was tickled to be there with him and he seemed to enjoy the parks (even though I did keep him in MK for 13 hours straight). We left on the note that we would return and I was happy with that.
By September - I had the itch again. I had only gotten three nights in WDW and really wanted to go back so I dragged him back down in November. It was a stretch. It was overkill and I know now that I won't be going back for some time because he has had his fill.
So (I have finally come to my question), how do all of you handle your non-disney obsessed counterparts??? Have you converted them??? What is the chance that DBF will grow to love Disney, not as much as I do, but enough to understand me???

He wants to explore other places........He thinks all of us on the DIS are nuts and tells me I don't have to tell him every little thing I read. Meh! I tell him my second husband will adore Disney, bawahahah
