What are Member Service Hours now?

I know they are more generous than they used to be, but what are the phone hours for Member Services now?

7 days a week. I think the hours are 9am to 5:30pm Eastern daily. Closed for most "bankers holidays."

That's right, Chuck, because I have to call from work or on the weekends. I work 8-4:30 CST.
