What are good character meal times? & EE/MM ?

So, when are good times for Lilo and Stitch breakfast, and a Princess meal and a meal at Goofy's Kitchen? We've never been to Lilo's, so we have no idea when a good time might be. We will be visiting around June 21-26, and I don't know if there are any "slow" times for dining with Princesses or at Goofy's. But I'd like to go at a slow time if possible, especially at Goofy's. We've only had breakfast at Goofy's, and we had dinner with the Princesses in 2006.

Also, which days are EE/MM again? I'm trying to decide which day might be best for us to use.

Can't help with character meals (never done one), but:

MM days are: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
