We had two stations side by side yesterday @ 2.54!! It was amazing!

If you are referring to Speedway and Murphy's in Mentor, they were down to $2.48 this afternoon.

You all are so lucky. Where I live it was still $3.79 this morning here in the foothills of NC. It is all on the local news about how gas in our area is higer than the national average. Yesterday I had to go over into the next county, aprx 20 miles away and gas was .40 per gal cheaper at $3.39, so I purchased my $90.00 worth there. This afternoon the locals finally lowered their price to $3.59 still higher than the national average. Hopefully someone will check into why we are being overpriced on gas in this area, it is ridiculus.

I bought earlier for $2.75. Didn't bother going in to use my $.05 off card because it's not worth waiting in line, dealing with the clerk, or $.60 it would have saved me.

I live between 2 towns- South Hill and Chase City, Virginia. Gas prices are as low as $2.89 here! I sure hope it doesn't go back to $4.00 a gallon before our trip!

Where I live it is $ 3.79..however, just 20 minutes north of me, it is $3.34, last Thursday and I was told that it was down to $3.26...There were protester here yesterday..I don't think it made an impact...but I am so tired of this tiny village and their high prices...I do fill up when I am any place that is lower...there is no reason for it as far as I am concerned for our gas to be that much higher...

A small country store less than 2 miles from me is selling theirs for more than 30 cent higher than the nearest 2 towns to me. I don't imagine she's selling a lot though since people have access to cheaper gas about 10 miles away. I know I'd drive 10 miles for gas that was 30 cents cheaper.

which hogshead do you use? that's a great deal if it is the recognized and defined HH for measuring Herring in maine of 162.91 gallons or (17.5 bushels) that works out to about $1.31/gallon
