What are Flyglobespan like?

After reading a thread that Wayne responded to I have been looking at the above who take deposits for flights. Are they good or bad?

I know someone who has used them a few times no problems. I think their main problem is customer service, when they have a problem they can't deal with it.

They are flying from cardiff next year but I have been put off by some of the comments.

Well I was on a flyglobespan flight when this happened

Used flyglobespan in 2006 from Glasgow. It was a "no frills" flight which ment just the flight. On the out flight we bought a main meal which was £5 and just edible, daughter had pasta and veg which was frozen in the middle, air hostess (sour faced) took it away and brought back what we thought would be a fresh one turned out to be the same one reheated with the veg totally cremated.

On the return flight it was the reverse, we bought snacks to take onboard and the hostesses were very pleasant and cheerful.
