What are Docking Bay 7 portion sizes like nowadays?

I know that Disney is on a "let's save money by making portion sizes smaller" plan already.... but what are portion sizes like at Docking Bay 7? Prices seem steep to me when looking at online pictures. I'm not a huge, heavy eater, but for a main meal, I want it to be substantial enough.

We were there last month and April. For us, the portion sizes were perfect. We didn't leave there stuffed, but also not hungry. left very happy, again.
