I'd like to save money on my trip as much as the next person. what are these "codes" i keep hearing about?
 'codes for january', 'nutztogo codes', 'mousesavers codes'
I'm lost in code speak!!!:o

Help!!!

HI!! I was wondering about codes a few months ago myself just like you are now. It's amazing how many of them are out there and it's wonderful how much they save. I'm a FL resident and the codes are even better on my end. I can get a room at the Allstars for $49 a night AND hopper passes for $99 a peice!! :jester: :smooth: Isn't that wonderful??!! Well anyway, I'll leave you a link below to get you started on the codes. If you have any other questions, just let me or anyone here on the Budget board know.

BEST TO YOU!!

DISCOUNT CODES

wow, and that's just getting started???? cool!!! thanks!!! :jester:

i've already booked the room and park hoppers through disney online? can i not use these great saver codes for the room reservations anymore? i haven't paid off the room yet.

Yes, subject to availablity, you can have them "apply" a code to a current reservation. You best bet is to check mousesavers each day or sign up for updates & the newsletter.

What are codes?.......................

They are one of the best thing this Disney Family has ever come across!!!

Thanks for this post, I was wondering the same thing about codes. I'm staying at the Wilderness Lodge in Sept. 2003 and would like to get some discounts for my family who is also going. They are Disney Club members. Two Questions:

1) When should I start looking for "codes" for a late September 2003 trip?

2) If they are DC members, can they use "codes" as well as a DC discount?

Thanks for any advice!

I'm still a novice to the codes, but I've learned a little since I first posted this. As far as the official Disney codes, I think they only come out a month or two in advance. So, you can do like me and order a full-price pkg... then when the codes come out, call and have your reservation changed. Shouldn't be a problem since you're traveling in off-season. But check out mousesavers.com for other codes (and general discount prices such as park tickets, transportation and cheap eats). Now, don't quote me on this, but I think your family members who are part of DVC can use EITHER disney codes or their own discount. they should just call when the codes come out to find out which is cheaper. If that's incorrect, someone post please!! I don't want to give out bad info.

Anyway, from what I can tell, disney goes crazy with the codes during value season, so you can almost definitely count on finding a room discount (no matter where you are staying) sometime in July or August just before your trip. I just changed my ressie using the code and saved $214 on a four-night stay at a moderate resort!!! Good luck!!
