What are CitiWalk and Old Town?

Hey everyone! This might be silly but I was wondering what CitiWalk and Old Town were? I'm not familiar with the Orlando area and noticed a few posts mentioning these two things, but what exactly are they? Thanks so much!

Old Town is on #192. A fun place to go at night and is free. Lots of shops and "fair" type rides (this is when the free ends) There is also a few high thrill rides like the reverse bungie, skyrider etc. They have live entertainment, mostly weekends, plus a old car cruise nite on Fri and Sat.

City Walk is Universal Studio version of Disney Pleasure Island. Nite spot (read bars) and shows for adults.

We don't go to the clubs, but enjoy CityWalk. There's many themed restaurants. The best of which is Emeril's. There is also shops. There is only one club, but some of the restaurants convert to a club type atmosphere & charge a cover after about 9pm. There's a nice theater there also.

City Walk has a Hard Rock Cafe too. DH has a membership card from HRC and we get walk up priority seating, plus a discount. And he earns points towards future purchases.

Next to HRC is a NBA/sports restaurant. We have never been in there.
Across the water, and near Universal Studios entrance is a Nascar restaurant. (Which agaion we have not been in.)

Unless you are an AP holder for USO, you will pay to park at City Walk. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
We have PAP's for USO, so I am unclear on the payment for parking. I don't know that any parking gets refunded with validation.

The food is alright, but I love the whole place!!
