Im sorry if Im asking a really stupid question, but what the heck are ap codes and rack rates?

ok, So if I don't have an annual pass, forget it. And do they really come out with discounts on rack rates? Im always checking and dreaming of affording going back, but my dh would kill me.

Not as frequently the past year or so, but yes they do. I haven't paid rack rate since 1999.
