We have had family here since Thursday and not only have I ate poorly, with the house crowded I haven't had the time to get on the treadmill..... After doing so well for the first 4 weeks, what an awful feeling...
Think of the bigger picture........this is a lifestyle decision, and one week isn't going to break you, in the scheme of things. Sending you good wishes for getting back on track!
I know how hard it is when there is some sort of "event" going on in your life, I think we have all been there a few times. The great thing about this is that tomorrow is a new day. Just say you made some bad choices this weekend and start with a clean slate tomorrow.
Please don't let one week get you down. You have to remember that was in the past and you have to look forward, not behind you. You can get back into the groove of things and you'll be right back at doing things the way you were before you had company. Cheer up and you'll be back into step on the treadmill.

I just had a bad week and can completely understand how you feel. However, after a short time of feeling down about it all - I decided that I just needed to pick myself back up and get on track. There was no need to feel bad about what had happened. It happened and the best thing I could do was to just get over it and set a new goal again. I hope that you can do the same.
Just so you know, my week was really bad (lots of foods that I shouldn't have had). I spent the weekend journaling my goals, eating right, exercising and being happy that I knew what I wanted. I weighed myself tonight (2 days after the bad week) and I was thrilled that I hadn't gained anything. I didn't loose any weight but at least I hadn't gained.
I know that if you set your mind to it you will get back on track as well. Forget about the weekend and concentrate on a new week ahead! Good Luck!
Actually, after all of that, did my Monday morning weigh-in and I actually lost a pound this week...Its not my goal, but I suppose anything in the negative range is good....
Congrat's on your lose. You have the right attitude, it may not have been your goal, but at least you didn't gain. Remember this is a new week and now is your time to get back into your routine. Have a wonderful week.
