What am I waiting for?

I'm a bit confused about where I am in the process and what happens next, can anyone advise please? Timeline so far is:
Offer made: 08/27
Offer accepted: 08/27
Contract returned: 08/29
Sent to ROFR: 08/31
Passed ROFR: 09/21
Received closing docs: 09/30
Returned closing docs: 10/07 (delay due to us being abroad)
Confirmation seller had returned docs: 10/13
Title company said next part of process was requesting new points update & dues update & then sending for deed recording and this can take 2-3 weeks. Does this mean we have closed now? Is this now a "done deal"?

I'm at the same stage. This part of the waiting game is even harder for me because we're not waiting for Disney or anything to move forward.

Thanks for your replies, I couldn't work out exactly what "closing" meant. Our title company said the date set for closing was 10/19 and I haven't heard anything yet but I knew the sellers had returned their docs. I'm not complaining about waiting, just wondering what I'm waiting for.

That works if you bought an Orange County, FL resort. But not VB, HHI, Aulani or GCV.
