What am I missing about GFV??

So I waited until today to try and book in October and there is room available...showing up for me online, but when I try to book I keep getting an error message. I tried for another resort at this time and it would have gone through fine. I am within the 4 months so what am I missing?? Sorry if it is really obvious!!

it does not open until Oct 23 - so your days have to be after that.

I think I figured it out. Thanks....my dates were after 23rd. It was obvious....kind of anyway!!
