I am not sure that I can explain this clearly, but I will try.
I found out today that my designs when downloaded from Photobucket do not open correctly in Microsoft Word. I cannot figure out what I am doing incorrectly.
Original design (thumbnail--click to see full size):

Original design from my computer (not uploaded to Photobucket) opens like this in Microsoft Word:
If I upload the design to Photobucket and then download it again, it opens like this in Microsoft Word:
The correct aspect ratio is not maintained. I can stretch the image back to the correct size and print without losing resolution, but not everyone seems to know how to do that.
I played with a couple of DISigns from another designer, and they all seem to open correctly.
I know that I save bigger and at a higher resolution than I need to, but I also experimented with that with no luck.
I opened them in Photoshop and Print Shop, and the aspect ratio is maintained. I'm not sure what programs others usually use to print DISigns, so I only tried with the three. Of the three, the problem was seen only in Microsoft Word.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Beth
