What am I doing wrong?

I joined coupons.com and downloaded the software to print them. But it still wont let me print. What am I doing wrong? Oh I feel so stupid at times. Any help would be appreciated. Corrina

What browser are you using? I noticed that coupons.com won't work on Firefox. If you are using Firefox, try another browser like IE or Safari and it should work.
