What am I doing wrong?

I finally called today to get my pin for the website. I have tried several times, and cannot get past the sign in screen. I have put in my ID as it was sent with closing documents, and the pin given to me on the 'phone (paying close attention to case), and it WON"T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it isn't that important. I can always call again tomorrow and try to figure out what's going on but I NEED A DISNEY FIX, and I want to check out the DVC website finally. (We just sent our paperwork back about 2 weeks ago).

Thanks for letting me vent, and if you can help a poor girl figure this out, thanks again.

Clear out your internet Cashe, cookies, browser. I had the same problem with AOL. Cleared everything out and all was well.

Are you on the contract as well as a spouse? If so try swapping pins. My husbands pin worked on mine and my pin worked on his. They had somehow reversed them.

Do you already have an ABC/Disney website username and password? We couldn't get ours to work, then DH called MS and talked to someone. I had an ABC username/password to vote for Dancing with the Stars and we used that and it logged us into DVC member site.
