What am I doing wrong? Trying to access photopass+ photos

Am I doing something wrong? I still have an active registration from last year, but of course it says my photopass is expired so I went to add the combination on the back of the photopass and it's saying it's invalid. Is it me doing something wrong?

First day using it and picking it up was on Monday and went again and used it today but just tried to access it now. Thanks!

It isn't working for me tonight either. I've been editing my pictures since 11/22 and tonight they are all missing. I posted another thread about this and Luckymommatoo said they are having problems too....so we are thinking (and hoping/praying) the system is just down for the evening.
