What age is considered Junior?

I am buying everything separate and doing it myself, but wondered on the 4 for $1500 it says that is the price for one child, one junior and 2 adults.. what age is the junior?? Just trying to show my boyfriend how much I am saving by doing it myself..

A junior is over the age of 9.
