What age is a "child" for dining reservations?

I've tried finding this and am just not sure of the age they consider a child. Specifically I have a reservation at Boma for a trip next week and we have twins that are 9, a 5 year old and a 2 year old. Does anyone know this? Thanks!

Infant - 2 years old...... Free
3-9.......... Child
10- 100..... Adult

infant - 2 is free if they eat off parent plate if ordering off menu or free if at an all you care to eat. but all must be counted in number of people on ressie including under 2 or infants
