What age for riding without an adult??

I've read a lot on the topic, but I'm still confused. There would be 2 adults, 4 kids ages 8, 7, 6, 5. Can the 8yo and 7yo sit together on Buzz Lightyear without an adult? We would work it so an adult would be in the ride vehicle on either side, sitting with the younger siblings.

Haha yes.....but only two are ours, and the other two are cousins. It would be a crazy fun family with 4 kids that close in age! But they are going to have a blast with their cousins. Just trying to figure out the logistics of having more kids!
