I have only been to Disney once - 4yrs ago. - and my boys were 5 & 18months.
We are leaving in 66 days :cheer2::yay::cheer2: and was wondering which of these would be a must do for them, that is worth the money, they wil be 9 & 6: :scratchin

1. Pirates League
2. Pirate and Pals Fireworks Voyage
3. One of the Pirate Adventure trips
Thanks

While I'm sure those activities will be fine, there are lots of things you can do with kids that age that don't require extra cash.

My favorite activity for that age is Agent P World Showcase Adventure in Epcot -- each scavenger hunt is 25-40 minutes, and you really get to explore and enjoy Epcot. My 5-year-old did four adventures in one afternoon, and would have done more if I didn't insist that we stop to have supper.

Now that your boys are old enough to read, they may also like the Pirate’s Adventure: Treasures of the Seven Seas at Magic Kingdom Park.

Another simple activity is to hand the kids a park map and let them decide what the family should do. Let them be your tour guides and have fun!

My first thought when I read this question with out opening it was the circus area water fountains/ sprays. My son has always loved water and last summer was no exception (he was nearly 10). He looked like a wet dog!

I can't comment on your 3 choices since I have never done them. I almost nt my kids on the pirate cruise but I am glad I didn't. They had more fun playing pool games all afternoon for free...well not really free but it wasn't extra.

Is the pirates league where they get make up on? For me I don't know if that or BBb for my girls would be worth it since we swim and they shower daily when in Disney. I'd hate for me to pay all that money and it wouldn't last more then a few hours.

Thanks everyone :) I planned on doing the scavenger hunts, the Jedi training, wilderness explorer @ AK. We can't do the water parks as I didn't get the extras on our tix & I don't think the AoA has poolside activities.
We are celebrating my little one's 6th b-day and he loooves pirates, so I wanted to do one extra special treat for him.

First thing that came to mind was the new Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card game. My kids enjoyed it when we were there last time and it is FREE!. Basically you must find portals around MK and defeat the bad guys. You can find all the info by searching on line.

Pirates league was OK, kids thought it was fun. They said they do not want to do it next time we go though.

when I was at AoA last month they had poolside activities for the kids, and movies at night. They were listed by the big blue pool main gate

and my boys LOVE the pirate adventure cruise, we did the one out of POR last time and are leaving out of the GF this visit.
