What Accessible transportation do you use to go off site

We are flying down and would like to go to the outlets also after Disney going to stay off site near universal studios. Then go back to MCO.

What accessible transportation do you use.

Maybe a rental car would work for you? Personally I now just drive down if I want to go offsite during my visit. I used to get rental cars with hand controls but I've had problems with that in the past so now I don't bother with rentals.

Mears has accessible taxis. Hopefully someone with experience will reply.

I've used Axxess Lynx. But, only when I am traveling with my support worker. They pick up/drop off at the hotel where we are staying. Also to Universal too.
