Ok, I know this is going to get different opinions..but here it goes...my DD will be almost 4 when we go in Sept to the Mouse... Shes 42 inches now, and I'm sure she will be a tiny bit taller in Sept. She loves the big roller coasters at 6 Flags (yes, she goes on the "big ones" but NOT upside down, and she loves things that go fast and round and round... Have any of you brought your toddler on Test Track or a few others similar? No, not the rollercoasters like Space M or RnR...things like Test Track, Splash Mountain?? I'm interested to see how some toddlers reacted..also, in my Unofficial guide, preschoolers have given some of these rides ratings, so I'm sure I'm not the only one!!
thanks,
Kristen

Last time we went our DS had just recently turned 4. He LOVED Test Track and Splash Mountain! I can't even count the number of times we rode Splash. The other thing he loved was Kali River Rapids, he kept dragging us back on every time we were almost dry!

We kept him away from Tower of Terror and Dinosaur because he's not a big fan of the dark. You know your daughter best, but I think if she enjoys those other rides, she will love TT and SM!

She loved SPlash Mountain, was very upset she was 1" short for Space Mountain, also loved ToT, she rode it twice! She can't wait to go on RnR and Space Mountain! My almost 4 year old DS now can't wait to do ToT and SPlash Mountain!!!!!!!!!!!

6 more days!

We're going in June and she loves rides. She's just 40 inches now so we're hitting everything she can get into. Last year she was two inches to short but she got on Star Wars at MGM, she laughed the whole time.

She's been on rides at a small park here called Storyland and loves them. The ones she can't do are RnR, Space Mtn and Triceratops spin. We aren't doing Dinosaur with her either and the jury is out on Tower of Terror because of theming.

But the rest we can't wait.

We were just at Epcot and Magic Kingdom last weekend.
My two daughters are 3.5 and 5.5. They are a bit on the wimpy side. LOL They are a bit timid, I should say. The oldest went on Big Thunder Mountain for the first time and LOVED it.
They both went on Test Track and loved it. The 3.5 year old was crying when it was time to get off because she wanted to stay on. The nice CM asked us what was wrong and when we told him, he let us go up some steps and around and get back on without having to wait in line again. :o)
So we have decided we are always going to tell her to cry to see if we can ride again. LOL Just kidding.
HTH

Mine have loved Space Mountain and BTMRR since they were 4. They would get off yelling "do it again, do it again." Test Track is also a favorite.

Last summer DS was four, and he was tall enough to go on the roller coaster at a local amusement park. He loved it, but I noticed that although he was tall enough, he really wasn't strong enough to deal with the twisting and turning of the coaster. He was getting whipped around pretty roughly. I had to hold him in place with one arm while holding onto the lap bar with my other arm. He really wanted to go on again but I told him no.

We'll be in WDW in 11 days (!!!) and he wants to ride everything he's tall enough for (he's over 44", probably about 45"). I think Splash Mtn will be fine, because it's a drop, not fast turns. If he does ok on Big Thunder Mtn, then we'll consider Space Mtn. He told me tonight that he's not sure about Mission Space because he thinks he'll see real space creatures and aliens!

My youngest ds was 3 when he started riding TOT and space mountain,( He is very tall for his age) He loves the rides like spiderman at universal ,he rode that too, He hasn't rode test track because it was raining the day we try to and it was shut down, But he would have rode it.

My DD is 4.5 and 46 in tall she loved Splash, and Big Thunder she started riding those when she was 3 and she can't wait to go back. She was not thrilled with Star Tours too jerky but she can't wait to do Kali and space mt this time...we'll see how brave she is when it gets to crunch time:D

my oldest was the same way. At the boardwalks in NJ & DEL, they has a "frog hopper" ride ( a mini tower of terror). She went on it as a 2-year old (very tall). At WDW, she had to go on everything as a 4 & 5 year old. Rocking Rollercoaster, Tower of Terror, BTM 6 times in a row screaming & laughing her head offetc....sometimes I wish she only wanted to do small world! lol
