We are going October 6th-12th? We are Disney Visa Card holders. Any way we would get free dining?

From the things i have read here recently I would say no. It looks like the free dining for 2009 will probably end the end of Sept.

There has to be something at that time of year right? They have the 4/3 thing going on now at the very busy time.

Probably, if travel and the economy doesn't pick up by then. In past years they've often offered a small room discount with free park hopper and water park/fun ticket add ons. Not as good as free dining, but at least a promotion.

If bookings remain slow they might do the 4/3 deal or maybe Disney VISA card holders free dining again. I don't have a crystal ball, but if the recent past is any indication they will probably offer something. The 2008 VISA free dining fall promo was only for selected weeks though, just for when lots of rooms were available. I think a few October weeks were included, just one week in November and December.
