Considering my sister called me from inside the Haunted Mansion - I'd say yes, it works just fine. She said there weren't too many dead spots.

I haven't had that many problems using Sprint in the parks. When I'm in an attraction, there is no signal, but I can usually get one in the parks. If the signal isn't strong, I just walk a little ways until I get a strong signal. Occassionally, I'll have trouble getting a signal at the resorts (particularly at the Caribbean Beach Resort for some reason).

I haven't had much trouble with Sprint at all at the parks. Of course inside some of the attractions I don't get a signal (but neither does anyone else I know) and for some reason in a lot of the resort rooms, I seem to have trouble (as did others with different providers) but as soon as I point to a window I am good! So I'd say in general, I am very happy with my Sprint coverage at WDW! Oh and I did notice a difference in reception from December to May/June after I switched to a newer phone. So I do think the phone you have might make a difference as well.
