What about parties of 5?

Seriously considering the England France tour and wondering about what they do with parties of 5? Do we have to book extra rooms or do we get a roll away bed?
Any one with experience or knowledge?

Here's what the ABD site says for the London/Paris trip:

Note on Accommodations: Subject to availability: Parties of three in England are accommodated in one room having two double beds, and in Paris with two double beds OR one king, plus one rollaway. " Parties of four booked as a quad: In England, quads are accommodated in one room having two double beds or two connecting rooms, each having either one king bed or two double beds. In Paris, quads are accommodated in two connecting double rooms OR family room with one king, plus two twin beds. " Parties of four booked as two doubles: In England and Paris, quads are accommodated in two rooms, each having either two double beds or one king bed. Connecting rooms and rollaways may be requested.

It really sounds like you'd have to book 2 rooms, one as a party of three, and one as a party of 2. You don't really pay per room, you pay per person. (Unless you are traveling solo. So you wouldn't want to book as a party of 4 and a party of 1). It's not like cruising. I think someone told me there might be a tiny discount for all booking as a quad, but the cost for the solo would negate that. But this really varies from country to country, and trip to trip, so I'd check with ABD to make certain.

Hotels in Europe have a very low threshold of when children are considered adults.

They also have very strict regulations about how many "adults" are allowed to stay in a hotel room.

A party of 5 will definitely require two rooms on the Knights and Lights Adventure.

For our upcoming Germany ABD our party of 3 lists the possibility of even us being in two rooms. Of course, DD is hoping that is the case so she can have a bed and not a sofa bed . Lol. Since she is almost 20, a second bathroom would be helpful! Lol.

We are a family of 5. We have always had to book 2 rooms. We book girls in one room and boys in the other, but when we get there, we let the kids stay in one room and parents in the other. Almost always, we have gotten adjoining rooms, or really close.
