We're leaving tomorrow for our first trip and with all the research and reading I've done about WDW, I haven't seen any mention of bugs at the park.

I'm talking about the kind that buzz and bite (mosquitos and bees). Has anyone been bothered by bugs while waiting in lines? I'll be packing our bug repellant that has SPF 30 just in case.

Being from NH where it's black fly season, you see why I'm concerned.

Thanks....

Unsure what info you will find on the other thread mentioned as I didn't read it, but we have never had problems with bugs. We have been at different times throughout the year and have never been bitten.

Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I'm packing the Avon Bug Guard ... the blue stuff with SPF30 I also have something I got at a discount store that has a bunch of different plant oils (citronella, gernaium, peppermint).. and it works up here. I may take it too.

12 more hours!!!!!! Woooo Hooooo

I know when we were there in Oct/Nov it was horrible. However we were ready w/ Cutter bugspray. I don't know if they are into full swing mosquito season yet. HAVE A GREAT TRIP!

There was another thread in addition that mentioned how bad the bugs have been these past few weeks, worse than usual! I too will be packing the bug repellent and the anti itch stuff too!!
