What A Weekend!!!

Hi All

I have had a wonderful weekend!!...Some of you know I had tickets for myself and DS to go to the FA Cup Final and the very lovely KristueUK kindly put us up for 2 nights in her home in Newport after a struggle to find a hotel to stay.

We had a lovely time. Kristie and her future DH are friendly and warm people who put themselves out for us and I cannot thank them enough. They took us to a wonderful country hotel for breakfast on the Saturday morning and Gary Linekar was there!!

The match itself was brilliant and although we had tears when we lost. Kristie was the perfect host and was so kind (although she is a Liverpool supporter !!!)

So I just wanted to say a BIG thank you on here to everyone including Sue aka Florida Sun for all their help when looking for somewhere to stay in Cardiff......and a HUGE MASSIVE Thank you to Kristie for putting up with Sam and I for 2 days...I have made a new friend who is warm, generous, kind and very thoughtful

I was in Cardiff for the game too - being a Liverpool fan it was the perfect day.
A great game and a credit to everyone involved.
