What a rip off

Went to the garage today to have my car serviced and about an hour later the garage called to say they found a nail in my tyre and that will be £114 +vat and labour to fix!! The car has run flat tyres (no spare wheel) and apparently cannot have punctures repaired!!

Not being as stupid as I look - I told them to leave it I will get it sorted elsewhere. Went to my local tyre company and got it fixed for £5!!!!

Was the garage taking advantage

B. Because I am blonde LOL!!!

Oh yes, they have to rip the customer off in order to pay for the fancy cakes and coffee they provide!! Made sure I got my fair share before I left though - ate sooooo much at the garage I could not eat dinner LOL!!!!

Feeling guilty now for eating too many cakes!! Was supposed to be on a diet for my hols!!
