What a refreshing change

I rang disneyworld.co.uk to book the hotel rooms, as I wanted 2, and you actually get through to someone who's actually working at Disney World in Orlando.

For once in my life on a telephone booking you get through to the right person, and not only that, they were extremely helpful and polite.

A refreshing change !
