This may sound a bit sappy, but this is a great forum! People on here are either so excited to be going on a cruise, or so happy that they did! The information is always helpful and gladly shared. Just a great place to stop and read.

This is by far the most upbeet, helpful group of people I have ever had the great fortune to know. I truly count this board in my blessings daily.

There have been some very touching events take place on this board. Very generous, giving people have made huge differences in the last days of several lives within the last year! The compassion and loving nature of the people here is overwhelming.

I know this is sappy, but I never dreamed the internet could be used in such a wonderful exchange of info and love! :)

Thank you all for renewing my positive view of mankind!

And remember it all started with a mouse!:earsboy:

DisneyBill - I found this site about a week ago and am totally hooked. We'll be taking our first cruise next year, but I am SO ready to go now. There have been some great ideas posted and I've started a list of things I will not leave home without. We're going to have such a great time and I can't wait!!! :Pinkbounc

I also just resently found this site and I can't keep away from it. I check at least once a day to find out the latest and I am not even cruising for over a year. It is such a fun group of people.

Not only a great and fun forum, but also very addicting!!! I found this forum just over a year ago, and I'm so glad I did, it made our first cruise last August the best vacation we ever took as a family. The wealth of information I discovered here was amazing, I knew just what to do when we boarded the ship. I say "THANKS"again myself to all my fellow DIS'ers who helped to make our first cruise so enjoyable. We are truly looking forward to our second cruise this August!!!

More than just the cruise information - we have made friends with so many people!!

Rae

I totally agree, I was so happy to stumble upon this board.
The last one I was on should we say had a few "stuffy people", at times it was like you were bothering them with questions.

It is so nice to be able to come on here and be accepted as the Disney fanatics that we are. Some people just don't understand it, but I know I always have the Dis boards.

:teeth:

I have never gotten anything but quick and happy responses from people here. Can't imagine going anywhere else and like pooh luver, I don't sail for a year, but I will be the most informed first time cruiser there!!!:teeth:

I just love all you guys (and gals)! You're like family to me!!!

When you feel like a "freak" for being so Disney obsessed, It's so nice to come here and know you are not alone!!!

I count on each of you to give me my daily "fix" until I can once again get my feet on Disney turf.

Should I be lying on a couch sharing this with a special doctor???

This is the best board ever. We have gained so much information since 2000 when finding this site and each cruise gets easier. Our friendships I think are the best ever that we have made with people from other states and cherish those new friendships.

I can't stay away from these boards. I get so excited for
our cruise but I also get so excited for everyone else's cruise.
I love the cruise report forum also - makes me feel like I am there.

I agree, like pooh lover and tera I found this site just over a week ago, and because of it we are now booked on a cruise, which sails may 2005 !!
I get excited everyday on wondering what tip's and happy thought's im going to pick up.
If we had booked this cruise in England there is just no way we could have afforded it, but we booked it through allseastravel and have had the most amazing service, if anyone is reading this from England don't be worried about booking through an overseas t.a. They put some of our's to shame !!

Thankyou all it really seems like 1 big happy family here on Dis boards.

chucklechops - When and where are you sailing in May 2005? We're doing the 7 day Western sailing May 7th and I can't wait. We should have it officially booked in the next week or so. I don't know how I'm going to contain myself for that long

Tera Hi,
We are sailing on May 19th 2005 on the Disney Wonder.
We would love to have done a longer cruise, but we had already booked a villa in Davenport FL for 3 weeks.
It's a shame were not sailing on the same date/criuse
You sound fun and Im sure we would all get on.
Anyway keep in contact and we can get excited together.
Good luck with booking your cruise, I know it was the best feeling ever when we did it, especially when we were told we had a spc 5522

chucklechops - 3 weeks in FL sounds great too, especially this time of year (Colorado=snow). Make sure you tell us all about your experience when you get home. I found the information on this board to be great and will prepare us for almost anything. You have a great vacation!!!!
