I just admitted that I believe that DL is the best stateside Disney park. But, it of course could be even better. So, in that spirit what 3 WDW rides would you transplant and where ( just assume it would magically fit) ?

1. Spaceship Earth into tomorrowland
2. The Peoplemover right back where it belongs
3. The AK Safari ride into Adventureland

1. Peoplemover/TTA on its respective track.
2. WDW's Splash Mtn at DL's Splash Mtn.
3. Carousel of Progress at Innoventions.

Three things I would love to see come to Disneyland from WDW:

1. The Hall of Presidents, Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom
Move into Main Street and add to Lincoln

2. Kilimanjaro Safaris, Africa in Animal Kingdom
Move in behind the Jungle Ride and Indy

3. Spaceship Earth, Epcot
Add the entire Epcot in next to California Adventure

Number One for sure...People Mover to Tomorrowland
Number Two...The new ride "Space" in Epcot to Tomorrowland
Number Three...Rockin Rollercoaster in MGM to CA Adventures

If I could have a fourth...I would pick The Lion King Show in AK

RocknRoller Coaster

People Mover (or, Tomorrowland Transit Authority ;) )

Festival of the Lion King

They could put them wherever they want, as long as they get them there. :p

Rock N' Roller Coaster would be what I want most.

I'd love to have all of Epcot (my fave WDW park) here in California

I would love to have the People Mover back, too.

Wow - lots of votes for the people mover - is that the ride that takes you through space mountain??

My 3 choices for a move to Disneyland would be:

1. Kilamanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom
2. Philharmagic at the Magic Kindgom
3. Test Track at Epcot

I couldn't believe how many people answered People mover. I too love people mover and was so sad when it was taken out. When I was younger I would not ride any of the roller coasters. I remember my sister would go on Space moutain and stand in line forever, while I rode people mover over and over and over again, never getting sick of riding it one more time.

I was devastated when they took it out, and then to replace it with something that was quickly shut down, I was even more upset. It's one thing to replaceit with something else, but unfortunately it didn't work, so now it's just and ugly reminder of a once loved ride.

1. Rock n' Roller Coaster
2. Mission Space
3. Mickey's Phillharmonic (havent seen it...but from what I hear I would love it.)

:bounce:

<font color=navy>Oooh, I like this question. :)

Okay, here're my three....

1) Mickey's Philharmagic - Small World Promenade .... I haven't seen it yet, but I heard it's a great show.

2) Peoplemover to a refurbished track at Tomorrowland ... I do miss that one.

3) Carousel of Progress where it belongs in Tomorrowland.

:sunny:

I was just thinking about PhilharMagic and how they should have one at Disneyland! I hate Honey I Shrunk, so it would make sense to put it in that theater, but it does belong in Fantasyland.

Rock N Roller Coaster should be put in at DCA for sure. Makes perfect sense! It's already a California themed ride!

BRING PEOPLE MOVER BACK! Tomorrowland needs a huge shot of adrenaline and that would definitely help!

Great thread!

Put the Peoplemover WHERE IT BELONGS.:bounce:

Put Rockin Rollercoaster in at DCA (get rid of Millionaire & Superstar Limo  of course)

Put Spaceship Earth in DL's Innoventions or bring back Carousel of Progress

That's my two pennies.

WDW to DL:

Buzz Lightyear (hopefully it is coming)
Rock n Roller Coaster
Test Track
Kilimanjaro Safaris

and if I could move rides from DL to WDW:

Soarin' (hopefully it is coming)
Matterhorn
Indiana Jones
California Screamin'

Construction for Buzz Lightyear is already going on inside the old Circle Vision theatre in Tomorrowland!! Slated to open May/June 2005, just in time for the 50th bday in July! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Since most people have voted for the People Mover and I agree, I'll go with these three.

Space Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

I was just informed that they in fact did build these rides at DLR. So here are three more.

Astro Orbitor - renamed back to Rocket Jets and placed back in it's original location above the People Mover and the Lunching Pad. Oh yeah that's gone too.

Spectro Magic...And get rid of the Electrical Parade already! Spectro is better and it has never been at Disneyland.

The Great Movie Ride - This classic belongs on the left coast, close to Hollywood.

Great replies, I am gratified to see so many others who miss the peoplemover !!!!!

some people have mentioned shows and parades......I would be in DL heaven if we could bring illuminations to the REAL Happiest place on Earth !

I agree with everything you said. ::yes:: The people mover was my absolute favorite ride. I would ride it at least 5 times each visit. My friends would ride Space Mountain or the Matterhorn over and over again, and I'd just keep on riding. I'm a CM and everytime they ask for comments on something , I always say "bring back the PM".
So my 1. TTA/People Mover
2. Spaceship Earth
3. Carousel of progress
Sooz :flower:

Great Thread!

1. Rockin' Rollercoaster
2. Kilamenjaro Safari
3. Summit Plummet (From Blizzard Beach)
