My fiance called yesterday to change one of our ADR, and as we live in Canada, we usually dial the 1-800 number and asked to be transferred as these phone calls can be costly...
The CM who answered the phone told my fiance that he couldn't transfer him to WDW Dining
... My fiance said that we did it at least 5 or 6 times in the past 3 months, so it could be done, and explained that we would rather dial the 1-800 # as we like to save some money. The CM answered: What 1-800 #? Disney doesn't have an 1-800 #...
huh... You just answered our call didn't you? That conversation ended in a very funny way as my fiance gave the CM the 1-800 phone number... I guess even the CM coud use some disboards info
