I carry a Vera hipster bag, and usually bring way more than I need. The essentials I usually keep in the bag are wallet, sunglasses, phone , portable charger, wall charger, extra magic band in case I forget or lose mine somewhere, a little bottle of Advil, pens, travel deodorant, body spray, and a water bottle, and a few little snacks. Some other junk always finds its way inside, too.

Seriously, don't forget the hand sanitizer; international attractions like WDW are a meet and greet with the germs of the world.
Yes! I forgot to put that in my post. I'm a chronic hand sanitizerer (new word?) I sanitize even after thoroughly washing my hands with soap. I may have a problem. I always have at least one container in my bag.

Those of you who bring a DSLR and don't bring a bag: what do you do with it on rides? Hold it? Stow it in the underseat bag holders? I'm trying to decide if I want to carry around my Vera backpack into the parks or not, as I would wrap my camera in a tshirt and then put it in the backpack on rides.

I know females have to usually bring some type of purse, but I love going to WDW because all I have to bring is my ID. It's the only place that I never carry my wallet.

When I visit the parks I have a small travel backpack with me for my cell phone, light jacket and my sunglasses.

Crumpler shoulder bag with DSLR and blackrapid strap, 1-3 extra lenses (depending on that day's activities), a light rain jacket, sunglasses, sunblock, chapstick, extra DSLR battery, a pair of extra memory cards (my body takes two cards), small flashlight, a pair of socks in a Ziploc bag, platypus bottle.
