I'm making Chicken Riggies tonight with big chef salad and homemade garlic bread. My husband is very excited for it and the fact that it makes a ton so he has leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Our son is more excited about the chocolate croissants I am going to be putting into the oven in a little while...I always forget how much time they take to make but I will be able to freeze half of them for breakfast next weekend. We will consider these dessert!
Defrosted a pork tenderloin I needed to use.
Threw it in the crockpot with some BBQ sauce this AM. I’ll bake a potato & shred up the pork…and make a loaded potato for tonight. I have some green beans I need to use so I’ll sauté those up with some bacon as a topper!
