Bought a small smoked spiral ham around Christmas and divided it up into individual portions.
Came in handy for tonight’s meal: an open faced grilled ham, Gruyere cheese and tomato sandwich and a bowl of Lipton’s noodle soup with julienned carrots, string beans and fresh parsley added. Blueberries with crème fraiche for dessert.
Can’t believe it’s almost New Year’s Eve; time really goes fast.
