What’s for Dinner Tonight?

We had leftover curry as I didn't have a key ingredient for the dinner I planned for tonight.

Oh man, I love curry and Indian food. Problem is Hubby not crazy about it so rarely get. Granted, the smell does kinda stay in the house.

Last night was Ohana, yummy. I do ny best to stick to lower net carb so I stuck to salad and the proteins. View attachment 1030405

Haven't been in many years but always aching to book. Did you find it at least quite close to what it was years ago?

I’m having Rana brand fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli with a meatball.

I like the Rana brand dinners quite a lot.

After working around the house on projects, I wasn't in the mood to cook, so it was leftover spaghetti and meatballs.
Tomorrow will be another try at the Pizza Soup

DW went to the movies with a friend. So it was just me. And I settled on baked potato with sliced turkey on top. It was good and filling. I also went to Walmart and bought a few groceries. So got food for the rest of the weekend and into early next week. Got some meals planned out so we don't have to keep guessing what we're going to have.

We shared Steamed PEI Mussels, Foie Gras & a dish they called Tuna Crispy Rice. It was similar to a sushi stack, but the rice was fried. DH liked it. I wasn't a fan.

We had the Mongolian ground beef noodles again.

DH was out, so I had a can of Campbell's Chunky Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle. They weren't kidding it was ghost pepper! And I think I'm paying for it now. Whew.

It was a French restaurant, but we do enjoy seafood shanties.

Electricity back on and I’m happy for it. Loose conversation in the mailroom of adding more common areas to the generator but I suspect talk is cheap .

Made a chicken and veggie dumpling soup and I think that’ll hold me for the weekend. Tonight’s version was inspired by the South. Had a clementine for dessert.

Likely even more steak… Omaha Steaks came to the door and their quality steaks and potatoes will be on…
