What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight was probably DW's favorite weeknight meal: Cole slaw with a homemade dressing I got from the Skinnytaste website, diced/roasted sweet potatoes with diced red peppers and onions (seasoning of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute, garlic powder, smoked paprika and a little cayenne) and skillet sauteed tilapia (seasoning of 21 Seasoning Salute, garlic powder, smoked paprika and a little lemon juice). Super flavorful for the little time and effort required.

Burrata & prosciutto salad, lasagna.

Hubby is making grilled marinated pork chops, roasted broccoli & jasmine rice.

DS-29 was home for dinner so we had his favorite chicken thighs with oven fries, zucchini and biscuits.
