What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Fried chicken, collard greens, mac and cheese and cornbread. I forgot who the lovely lady's name was, but when my order took quite long, she upsized my portions at no cost to me!

I made one of my standard taco mixes last night:

Ground beef
Onions
Bell peppers
Black Beans
Garlic
Taco seasoning
Salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin

I start by slowly cooking the beef to render the fat out. Then I remove the beef and use the fat to cook the onions and peppers. Once those are golden brown, I throw everything else in and let it cook together until the beans are warm and soft.
