Whale watching at Port Canaveral?

There is an artical called "203 Things To Do in Orlando in Orlando in 2003" at http://www.orlandoinfo.com/articles/viewarticles.cfm?articleid=230

It says on line 15 that we should "Go whale watching at Port Canaveral." Has anyone gone whale watching there and know how to sign up for it?

I looked at http://www.portcanaveral.org but I can't find anything on whale watching without a cruise.

I don't anything about whale watching, is sounds fun though.

I remember my parents telling us about 'submarine watching' out at a lighthouse near their house when growing up. All you needed was your boyfriend, and a park bench - and you went up and watched all the submarines go by.
