I'm open to all suggestions/criticism. ADRs are made, we'll be on the dining plan and going in April. 2 adults, 3 kids (ages 9, 9 and 11):

Sat: arrival POR about 3:30 pm; dinner Earl of Sandwich
Sun: AK day; lunch Tusker House; dinner 'Ohana
Mon: MK day; lunch Cosmic Rays; dinner CA Grill
Tue: DS day; lunch ABC Commissary; dinner Mama Melrose (Fantasmic pkg)
Wed: EP day; lunch Tangerine Cafe; dinner Le Cellier
Thu: EP day; lunch Yakitori House; dinner Biergarten
Fri: MK day; lunch Riverside Cafe; dinner Wolfgang Puck after Cirque

We are all rather adventurous and willing to try new things. Thanks.

Thanks folks. Anyone else? Is there another "must do" that I'm missing?

:flower: Looks good to me. Do your kids like character meals? Chef Mickeys is alot of fun...especially the first night. :hyper:

Many of my favorites are on there also!! Not familiar with the dining plan, so I don't know if a meal is covered on the evening you arrive. Because we love Boma so much, I would maybe like to have dinner at Boma and then head over to Downtown Disney for a little browsing and shopping.

Or as Terri said, Chef Mickey's is very fun for the first night.

My family loves Bomas. We've eaten there for breakfast and dinner. I've also always wanted to give Jiko a try, but haven't yet. When we had the Fantasmic package, we went to HBD. One of the best meals I've had at Disney.

Personally, I think you have made some excellent choices. I enjoyed CG when I was there. Very, very good.

Have a great trip!

Makes me hungry for Disney food!!!! Tusker House is our favorite CS meal...Le Cellier is our favorite TS meal...so much that we are eating there twice on our trip in May!!!!

Great list. My only change would be Mama Melrose (it's definitely not one of our considerations).

Have a great time. :goodvibes

Looks good! For CS we enjoy Flame Tree BBQ in AK. The one we were not impressed by for TS was Ohana's. That was our opinion, however we love Boma at the AKL. I suggest the shrimp cocktail at Le Cellier! Have a great time! :earsboy:
