Can anyone tell me the difference between a condo & townhouse at WH? We have never been and we are a family of 5. What is more/easier for accommodations
The condos are in 4 story buildings. There are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condos. The rooms are on the same level. Full kitchen, w/d, living/dining room etc. Parking would be near the buildings and you would take stairs or elevator to your condo.
The townhouses are in 2 story buildings with master bedroom and bathroom, twin bedroom and bathroom and washer and dryer on the second floor. On the bottom floor there's a queen bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining/living room which overlooks a private splash pool ( 12 by 12 feet, 3 - 5 ft deep) and patio.
You park right beside your door which makes it easier to get groceries and children in and out. We've stayed in two different townhouses ( all have the same floor plan) and like having the splash pool for when you can't bother to go to the main pool. They are very quiet, we have never heard noise from those next door.
Each condo or townhouse is privately owned so furnishings and amenities will be different.
