We've found a house!

well folks looks like we could be on the move again! we have a buyer for our house (first time buyers) and last night saw a house we liked, made an offer this morning and its been accepteed...woohoo!!!

this is it!

not sure about a 142 ft garden though!!!! (anyone want to do a spot of gardening?) ...great for BBQs eh?

Yayyy Angel that's fab news, you must be so excited I will keep my fingers crossed for a smooth transaction for you. We'll be putting our house on the market soon as we're relocating to London which is very exciting. I'll be going up in a few weeks and looking at houses with my mum. ooooo I luv looking at houses ! only on the internet, I don't actually go in cos we're not up for sale.

As for the garden .. I breed guinnea pigs ! I recon 50 should just about keep the grass down..

Caversham is about 15 minutes from us by car & v. good for Reading (avoid St Peters Hill though!!). What makes you want to move there from Southend though?
