We've booked!!!

Hi all,

Just had to pop on and do a little dance as tonight we've booked our flights and car hire!!!

Got it all through TCD: flying out Sat 23rd Oct and back home on Oct 7th. We've also upgraded to a luxury car as Scott wanted to otherwise mum would have been like this in the back with our cases driving down from Sanford (Scott has the world's most humongous suitcase!) We've booked double baggage as my mum seems to be planning on buying one of everything out there.

Accomodation was booked the other day, we're staying in Scott's parents' timeshare apartment - will be a bit of a change for mum, last time she went they stayed in a tiny hotel room at ASM. This is also her first adult's only trip (last time she was with my neice aged 1) and her first trip with me! She's in for some big shocks, when they went they did NO planning and as a result, somehow managed to spend 2 weeks on Disney property but only do 2 rides in EPCOT, 2 in AK and barely anythign in the others I warned her we do that before a bathroom break!!!

Ha - it's funny (and good) that I seem to have so much in common with many of you, good that we think along the same lines - I also agree , ideal time to go.

we went on those dates in 2004- it is a great time to go hot and sunny but not as humid as in the summer, and of course you have halloween to look forward to!

ooops, I meant to type SEPT 23rd - Oct 7th.

I'm not sure how they managed to do so little in 2 weeks, even with the queue lengths over Easter (they went over the holidays even though they weren't bound to school hols!!!!) they should have done WAAAAAY more than what they actually did.
