Weve booked the DLH! Yippee

So excited have taken the plunge with the get 2 free nights offer & booked the disneyland hotel in November. Never thought we'd get to stay there let alone for 4 nights!!

Booked our Eurostar tickets separately for bargain price of £69 as had a free return from getting delayed last october - definetely made the delay worthwhile!

Can't wait to start planning again!!

Did I mention I'm so excited - dont know how I'm going to keep it a secret from our 3rd old DD & were taking our son who will be 7 mths then for 1st time.

DLH is so beautiful and really makes the trip magical.

Be warned that you won't want to go back to any other hotel. We tried HNY this time, and while it was lovely we both agreed subsequent trips will be back to the DLH.

Hi, can I ask why the Eurostar cost you £69 when you had a free return trip due to delays? I only ask as I am about to book our free eurostar trip as ours was delayed too ! and wondered if we would be charged anything too ? thank you

We only had 2 free single trips as we'd only been delayed one way so meaning had to pay for 1 return. For some reason, I had separate booking refs for the outward & return journey.
Hope works for you if get totally free trip! Makes it even more of a reason to go back.

Oooohhh DLH how lovely!!! I did seriously consider it when I saw the offer (we're going in November too!) but decided to go for HNY and use the extra money for character meals - I'm going to save DLH for my "big" birthday in 3 years time...

We were delayed for just under an hour so pretty happy with what we got.
It's great that they even offer free trips , we weren't expecting anything.

At that time of year it will be great as the walk takes no time at all! And if the photos of last year are anything to go by, it will be all Christmassy too!

We'd probably have gone for SQL again if we didn't have a little one but thought it would be great to be so near the parks especially in winter time & to be able to pop back for naps without having to do security each time!

I am so tempted to book it for march I have to say. However the extra to stay there would probably cover our flight costs hmmmmm. Decisions!!

Yes it is s much more expensive but I thought the deal was so good I had to go for it especially having a little one & a preschooler. The only other thing was to wait for a flash sale but then I thought the Eurostar might be a lot more expensive or booked up. Go for it!

We stayed in the DLH for the first time several years ago and have never stayed anywhere but the DLH since It is a very special hotel with an amazing location....it is so so much more expensive but its so hard to go back once you get spoiled by it....not only the hotel but the amazing location! You will absolutely love love love it!!
