Westridge-is it a nice location

Has anyone ever rented a villa in this community?
Just wondered what it is like and about distances.

If I have the right development in mind, we passed Westridge on the 27 on our way to WDW.

We were at Southern Dunes, way south on 27. I would guess that this means that Westridge is about 20 minutes from WDW.

I hope I read the sign right and that we are talking about the same place
