When I initally couldnt pull up my ressie (due to being an "old confirmation #) I just emailed technical support and got an answer within 10 min via email telling me what happened and what my "new" confirmation was...although that was only one of the many problems i've been having with WestJet lately...I just checked out the aircanada website and I can book an earlier flight the same day for the same price...I'm thinking of canceling my WestJet flight now...I just have a bad feeling about something happening when it comes time to travel with them..im just not sure
