Loved this so much when I got it via e-mail this morning. Yes, cried - big time. I don't often share corporate things on my personal Facebook but, in this instance, I did.
deedubb - I get what you're saying and, yes, I've had a few crappy/frustrating experiences with WJ since COVID but, before that, for me, they were golden and other than not getting through when I wanted to, post-COVID, all my direct-to-WJ-team interactions have been very positive.
FWIW - here's how I felt and what I posted socially this morning:
"Shameless manipulative corporate self-promotion or....maybe, just maybe...a little bit (actually a lot, IMO) more? All I know is that I'm sitting here with tears running down my face."
