I have never flown with Westjet before so I have a few questions. I will be checking in online at the 24hr mark. I assume I am able to print out a boarding pass at the end of this process or do I have to wait and do this at the airport.

When am I able to select my seat. I didn't want to pay for advance seat choice. Is it at the end of the online check-in process or do I have to go to a separate page to do this.

All answers gratefully accepted. Check-in is at 4:40est. Thanks

Seat selection is part of the check in process, if you have not paid for it ahead of time. Just follow the step by step instructions. Make sure you have all of the necessary info at hand. You will need to submit your passport numbers for each person. If you are waiting till the 24 hour period to make your seat selection, and there are more than 2 of you, be prepared to split up your party. You will print your boarding pass at the end of the process.

Thanks so much for the info. I am actually just flying domestically with Westjet this time but I am ckecking myself and a friend in at the same time in the hopes of getting seats in the same row. Not the end of the world if we end up in different parts of the plane. We are under separate reservation numbers so I just wanted to make sure I understood the process so that I could do it quickly.

We are flying to Orlando in December so this will be a good test run for me with the airline. (Usually fly Southwest out of the States)
