I am considering Westgate Vacation Villas, 2 bdrm, for our stay Jan 3-10. Is there a fee to use the bicycles and the paddleboats? Could someone recommend a good room for access to a pool and hot tub in the evenings. How long can we expect the drive to be to get to USO/IOA?

There is no fee for the sports activities.

I would recommend the triple digit villas, i.e., XXX, ZZZ, etc. for a good location for a great hot tub and pool that can be used until 11 pm.

I would allow between 30 and 45 minutes to get to USO/IOA. It can take much less than that, but that is a good general average time door to door.
