Westgate Towncenter - extra costs

My besty and her hubby and son and I are goin to Westgate Towncenter for the first time in August..

I'm curious what amenities have an extra charge?
Like is there an extra charge for the swan boats and mini golf?

Are there shuttles to Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney?
We're renting a car.. but figure save on gas as much as possible.

Also gotta ask what restaurant is best for celebrating a 9th b-day.

do not under any terms agree to their sales pitch - also called maintenance meeting plus several others. nothing is worth that.

$30 is for everything except the pool. so everything else - boats, fishing, golfing, and a bunch of other things.

if you bring a pet there is an $80 charge (cleaning fee) for him.

the $200 deposit fee you are not charged unless you wreck the place.
